rev's terms of service (T.O.S.)

(please read carefully BEFORE ordering)

artistic information:

My artistic specialty is in anthropomorphic canines and dragons. I will draw SFW (Safe for Work) and NSFW (not safe for work/mature) art. I do not create niche fetish art. I will upload publicly a watermarked version of your commissioned image at my discretion. You will receive both an unwatermarked and a watermarked version.

I only accept a maximum of two clients at a time to ensure personalized satisfaction.

Commissioning process:

When placing an order, please be as descriptive as possible. Clients are required to have at least one clear visual representation of their designs and a reference that is not shaded.

For regular commissions, I will not work off of written character description or reference sheets that are shaded.

For reference sheet commissions without prior example, you must give a detailed description and example images for best result. ANY unclear details will be up to artistic interpretation.

Edit Policy:

Please keep the number of edits to a minimum. I expect some form of critique or feedback. Edits are highly encouraged early on in the process. Large edits, (ie: poses, expressions, change of proportions) will only be made during the sketching process.

Your rights as the client:

I do not claim ownership of your original character. By hiring me you grant me access and permission to use your OC as necessary for a reference. I do not take finished or private commissions and sell them to third parties. Clients are permitted to repost their orders into their own galleries. Credit is appreciated but not required. Clients (including non-paying clients) are the only individuals permitted to repost their order. All commissions published will be watermarked.

My rights as the artist:

I claim ownership over any creative product, including sketch, lines, finished art. My artwork belongs to me, and by commissioning me, you accept that you are given a liscense to use my artwork. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason at any time. As the artist, I have no formal affiliation with clients and will not be held responsible for any bad actors.

Payment options:

Payments must be made in USD via PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle.

Refund Policy:I do not accept refunds once the sketch has started. Please do not order if you do not intend to buy.

Payment Plans:For orders exceeding a minimum of $100 usd, I require half up front, and half before the colors are delivered. I only accept payment plans under specific conditions.
